
Return and Refund
Chicstore intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items purchased online and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The Customer who wishes to make an exchange of size, color or item for the same or greater amount must forward the return procedure and place a new order on the chicstore.it website.
The return request must necessarily be made within 14 days of receipt of the purchased goods, and only on the condition that the returned items are intact and never used. The return procedure is activated by connecting to www.chicstore.it and entering the My profile "Order history and details" section.
Subsequently, the return of the item(s) and therefore the entrusting of the return to the courier, must necessarily take place within 14 days of the return request (shipping costs for the return may be charged). In the case of personalized orders and precisely because these are garments personalized exclusively for you, returns will not be possible, except in the case in which manufacturing defects are found (we invite you to write to our customer service in this case).
To send one or more returns to Chicstore.it, the Customer must respect precise conditions:
The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
All other labels on the item, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Chicstore reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
The Customer can request the return of all or part of his order by connecting to www.chicstore.it and entering the "My profile/Order history and details" section.
Choose the items you wish to return and click on the "Request a Refund" button to request the return, and in the message box it is necessary to indicate the reason for requesting the return.
For each item, the number of pieces returned and the reason for the return must be entered.
If the order was paid by check, the refund will be made via bank transfer, consequently the Customer must enter the IBAN code and the details of the account holder to which the payment is to be made in the message box.
Following the return request, the customer will receive 1 separate communication regarding the approval of the return request (which could take up to 1 or 2 days), the order status will become ''Waiting for the package''; otherwise the order status will become ''Returned rejected''.
The shipping cost is borne by Chicstore sel if the return is caused by the product not working or damaged.
The cost of shipping is borne by the customer if he wishes to make a return without a justified reason and will be deducted directly from the refund prepared after receipt of the return.

Shipping is at the Customer's risk: Chicstore is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.
All returned items are inspected by Chicstore staff who verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Chicstore reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts are established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
Once the necessary checks have been carried out on the returned items, the refund due will be processed by credit.
There may be a few days between the date of receipt of the return and the date of the refund.
Refunds are made in the same currency of purchase, and with the same payment method used by the Customer (in case of cash on delivery, by bank transfer to the coordinates indicated by the Customer; it is hereby stated that for current banking regulations, the account holder current must be the same as the order). Any losses due to financial fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
Please note that if you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer will be refunded the total amount of the purchase including the original shipping costs (standard shipping only). However, the costs of returning the order, equal to €6.00 using the partner carrier, and any additional costs deriving from the user's choice of shipping with sustainable Movopack packaging and/or the cash on delivery service for delivery will not be reimbursed.
In the event of defects and/or non-conformities, the Customer will be entitled to a free return of the disputed items.
